Arbor Management Company is proud of our position as a full-service property management company that has been assisting condominium and homeowner associations, residential multifamily property owners and investors with all of their needs for over three decades. Since we originally opened our doors, we’ve represented over 2,700 unit owners all across Massachusetts’s south Shore and the surrounding areas and can’t wait to extend the same level of care and commitment in your direction.

James is the President and owner of Arbor Management Company, Inc., and is responsible for the overall management and operations of all condominium properties. All onsite staff report to him.
Prior to his current position, James managed a large portfolio of condominium associations throughout Boston and Southeastern MA. As a senior level manager, James was responsible for managing 18 condominium associations. His main roles included facilities management, financial/budget management, construction management, capital planning, and owner relations. He has extensive knowledge of condominium management and construction. James has been working in the property management industry since 2005.
